How to Register for Shorecliffs Surf Club
Shorecliffs Surf Club gives students the opportunity to represent their school while building confidence, teamwork, sportsmanship, ocean safety, and surf skills in a fun, school-based competition environment through the Scholastic Surf Series.
Step 1: Get Coach Approval
Before completing student registration, your child must be approved by the Shorecliffs Surf Club coach. Scholastic Surf Series notes that students can register once their coach approves participation.
Step 2: Visit the Scholastic Surf Series Registration Page
Once approved, families can use the Student Registration portal through Scholastic Surf Series. The regular season registration page includes student registration, coach/volunteer registration, team information, and portal links.
Step 3: Complete the Student Registration Form
Fill out the required student and parent/guardian information through the registration portal. Be prepared to review participation details, waivers, and any required season information.
Step 4: Submit Payment
Registration fees are processed online through the Scholastic Surf Series system. The SSS registration page notes that payments are processed securely through Stripe, with standard processing and service fees applied.
Step 5: Watch for Confirmation
After registration is submitted, families should watch for confirmation details and follow-up communication from the Surf Club team or Scholastic Surf Series. The team’s primary contact may appear on registration confirmation emails.
Step 6: Stay Connected
Families can stay updated through Shorecliffs Surf Club communications, Scholastic Surf Series updates, and official Surf Club announcements throughout the season.
